Learning how to think.

I’m definitely hooked on these Brooke Castillo podcasts. My most recent listen was on the topic Superthinking and teaching our own brains to answer the questions we have rather than searching the brains of others.

I’ve always taken for granted that I know how to use my brain, I took on the challenge anyway.

The first question I asked myself was how do I make more money. Simple enough and probably the most predictable. Sure enough my brain had a host of answers. Unfortunately, I didn’t like any of them. I soon realized I was asking the wrong question.

So, I enhanced my question with a few extra words. “While doing something I like” then later added “and still have time for rest and travel”.

I’m still tweaking and asking. Hopefully the answer comes soon. And with approach I expect it will be an answer I’m fond of. Go brain!
