OPPRESSION​

Like the phases of the moon, the mind passed through oppression
and releases it with growth and maturity.

Today I am only constrained by what I have not yet discovered and invented.

Not by the stories you’ve told me.
Not by handicaps, judgement, race, fear, skill.
